The Rural Coffee Caravan

15 June 2021

The Rural Coffee Caravan will be at Loraine Victory Hall Bramford on Monday 19th July between 9.15 to 11.15am. They are a charity which offers a friendship and information service, taking a free mobile community café out to rural corners of Suffolk and we are lucky enough to be part of this here in Bramford. Residents of all ages can chat with their neighbours over free tea, coffee and cake, whilst gaining access to a raft of information on local services and organisations; helping people to stay healthy, better connected, and independent at home. Come along and have a chat – anyone and everyone welcome! This service will be run on the third Monday of the month, with the exception of August. www.ruralcoffeecaravan.org.uk

50 new trees to be planted.

24 November 2020

Once lockdown is eased on 2nd December Bramford Parish Council in partnership with Bramford Open Spaces, will be planting 50 new trees courtesy of the Suffolk Tree Warden Network.

If we can look after these trees they will grow into an extension to Hazel Wood with mature oak, hornbeam, crab apple, wild service, field maple, wild cherry, hazel trees with an open glade in the middle. We will need (of course) to name the wood. Please send Suggestions in the comments section on our Facebook page or send them into;- bramfordparishcouncil@btinternet.com
