It is official, the Bramford Cock PH is now an Asset of Community Value

Thank you to all that supplied the many photos depicting ‘good times’ spent at the Cock PH.  This went a long way in evaluating the nomination.

In practice, this means that a local land charge has been made relating to the property and a restriction placed at the Land Registry. Should the owner wish to dispose of the property in the future, other than by way of one of the exemptions as defined in Schedule 3 of the Asset of Community Value Regulations 2012, they will be required to inform the Council in writing.
